They mentioned all women who played the Wicked Witch in this production except Lilane Montevecchi. Maybe it was because she was the only one who didn't get to play the role at Madison Square Garden or because she wasn't as big of a celebrity as Rosanne Barr, Eartha Kitt, and Joanne Worley.

The Witches Disappearance in munchkinland was totally visible. Not executed half as well as the Madison Square Garden version
